OCR has always been committed to providing high quality support for its qualifications. This list is intended to further that support by allowing virtual networks of those working with these qualifications to share their knowledge, views and ideas.
This Community brings together those working with customer_service, and allows them to discuss issues relating to their qualification.
To use this service, you will need to subscribe and become a member of the Customer Service e-community. Once you have subscribed, you can:
• Read emails from other members who have posted questions, solutions and general discussion to the list;
• Reply to emails posted by other members, and discuss Customer Service issues and queries;
• Access the 'Member Documents & Resources' area for useful resources that can help you deliver Customer Service qualifications.
The list works by distributing emails posted by a member to other community members – you can choose to receive emails as they are posted, or as a daily digest of all the emails posted that day. When you reply to an email, the rest of the community also sees your reply. If you post a topic to the community by email, all other members see your email. The community is run by members, for members and is a resource to help centres share help and information.
